HOW TO USE THIS PAGE
Write notes that help you make a decision
Useful notes separate what you know from what you hope. Keep one clearly labelled set of records per candidate. These worksheets currently share one notebook, so label yachts within each entry and print a copy before replacing details for a different candidate.
Record the source
For each claim, name the document, date or person. “Owner reports new sails” is different from an invoice identifying a particular mainsail.
Record the gap
Say what remains unknown and why it matters. For example: standing-rigging date unknown; inspection scope and insurer response still required.
Record the next action
Give each open question an owner and a deadline. Add the answer and supporting evidence when it arrives. Keep the original uncertainty visible until it is actually resolved.
Notes stay in this browser; they are not submitted to us. Avoid entering sensitive payment or identity details. Clearing browser data removes saved notes. Print a copy for your records.
